In this article I'm going to talk about how to brainwash yourself in 21 days. Are you curious why it have to be 21 days? Because of the Psychologist found that in a minimum 21 days you can change your habits for achieve your goal, an old mental image to dissolve and a new one to jell. For 21 days in a row we can actually rewire your brain, allowing your brain to work more optimistically and more successfully.
The first thing you have to do is to think positive. The positive feeling can easily to push yourself to accept the new beliefs, new things or whatever you want. Open your mind and take action.
This is the 8 simple steps to brain wash yourself.
Step 1 : Take a sheet of paper and write down exactly what you want in 4 details. It can be anything from a lifestyle to a certain job to a particular car you want. It can be anything, just make it sure that it crystal clear in detail.
Step 2 : Begin to visual life yourself already having an attending your desire object. Make mental movie in your mind and play them out as if it already a reality. Remember the subconscious mind can not tell the different between a visualization and actual events.
Step 3 : Stop watching television shows or movies. They can't reduction new beliefs, since subconscious mind always influence. You want to give it the right influence, only give attention and energy to compliment your idea lifestyle and desire object. Go on a new fast for 30 days, don't watch the news at all, and you notice how your vibration begin to ride.
Step 4 : Create a short but sweet affirmation that imply that you already have your desire object. For example, if you want to become successful, create an affirmation such a I am successful. If you want to be financially stable, start your information with I am prospers. Always start your affirmation and the present tense, such a I have or I am. Remember the subconscious just operate in a present tense.
Step 5 : Create alarm on your phone that will remind new at a certain time to speak your chosen affirmation. Set a 5 minutes time on your phone and every day say your affirmation over and over again. While you saying it, images will appear in your mind, regard what you are saying. Let's it happen and feel the feeling while continuing to say that affirmation. This may seem foolish effort, but this is a sure way to dram any new idea instead of your subconscious mind. Do this minimum of 21 days.
Step 6 : Listen to affirmations or create your own that compliment your desire goal. Make a MP3, put it on your phone and listen to it on a low comfortable value, while sleep and put it on repeat. Your subconscious mind is always listening and it completely voluble in a dream light state. You will begin to adopt what you hear on affirmation as your belief system. Do this for a minimum 21 days.
Step 7 : Begin to talk about what you desire as if it already effect. Let's say you are having a conversation with a friend about finances. Talk as it you already a prospers at you want to be, and use your imagination like a child and pretend act as it. Remember your reality follow your imagination.
Step 8 : Repeat, repeat, repeat. New habits and beliefs are form through repetition. Remember it take minimum in 21 days to form a brain new beliefs.
